Absolutely, your credit is yours to spend however you wish! For security reasons, we will need to confirm with you verbally or in person before proceeding with any credit deductions. 

You can pause your membership at any time! We value our clients support and will never lock you into a contract. To pause, send us an email with at least two weeks notice.

You can use your credit just as you would cash, it’s yours to spend on anything in salon, including treatments, services and product.

Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offer, however you’re able to opt for the discount / offer that is a better option for you at time of payment. IE offer may be free treatment, which may be worth more than your chosen membership level discount, in this case the free treatment will be applied instead of the membership discount.
