Booking Terms and Conditions

Please note

Due to an overwhelming amount of last minute, short notice cancellations recently we will be enforcing our cancellation policy for all bookings effective January 1st 2023.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know by calling or texting the salon on 0424 751 732 at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. 
 

All appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total booked services. You’ll be able to see what your booked services are on your confirmation email or feel free to call us on 0424 751 732.

All appointments that are a “no show” or are cancelled on the day of will be charged 100% of booked services.

These last minute cancellations are unable to be filled, which results in lost wages for our small business, and affects our children and families.

These charges will be emailed to you for payment, and you will not be eligible to book a future appointment until any outstanding balances are cleared.

Booking fee

All initial appointments with Hendrix Hair will incur a non-refundable booking fee to reserve your appointment time. Think of this as a deposit to secure your space. When you attend your appointment, this will be deducted from the total cost of your service. 

Reminders

We’ll send you a confirmation via email and SMS 5 days prior to your appointment time. Please respond to this message as soon as possible. You can confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment by replying to this message or giving us a call or SMS on 0424 751 732.

Rescheduling and changes

If you need to change your booking time or your booked service, please do this at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. 
 
From time to time you may change your mind, and that’s ok. For example, you may be booked in for full head foils, cut & blowdry (4 hrs) but now only wish to have 1/4 head foils and blowdry (1.5hr). If this occurs, we appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer any available time to someone on our waitlist.
 
If you make changes to your service at the time of your appointment, you will be charged for your original booked services as we have reserved this booking time and duration for you.

Service queries

If you’re not happy with your results or service please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment. We are happy to offer one complimentary adjustment service if needed. This service will be performed by your original stylist and needs to be completed within 14 days of the original booking. We do not offer refunds.
